Chaos Conditioning represents a revolutionary interval fitness experience conceived and taught by Atlanta-based trainer Jeff Baird, a former national martial arts competitor/instructor, and graduate from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
Why the name "Chaos"? Jeff explains:
"The word chaos, as it relates to fitness, implies unpredictability/variety, muscle confusion, and intensity, which are all essential components of transforming the body. But, more importantly, order and structure always arise from chaos. My interval conditioning programs basically adhere to this philosophy: push, confuse, and use the body in as many unique and challenging ways as possible, and the body will respond to the 'chaos' with improved strength, endurance, and body composition."
